In 2017, I suffered a major health crash as a result of overtraining. For the next 2 years, I’d have regular panic attacks, heart arrythmias, fatigue, brain fog, and a host of other symptoms. I couldn’t work a job, and I spent close to a year barely leaving home. However, I determined from the start that I would conquer my health issues, or die trying. Despite minimal income, I was able to heal in 2 years from conditions that typically last decades or even lifetimes. By using cutting edge biohacking, modern psychology, and a whole systems approach, I went from barely surviving to fully thriving.
