In 2017, I suffered a major health crash as a result of overtraining. For the next 2 years, I’d have regular panic attacks, heart arrythmias, fatigue, brain fog, and a host of other symptoms. I couldn’t work a job, and I spent close to a year barely leaving home. However, I determined from the start that I would conquer my health issues, or die trying. Despite minimal income, I was able to heal in 2 years from conditions that typically last decades or even lifetimes. By using cutting edge biohacking, modern psychology, and a whole systems approach, I went from barely surviving to fully thriving. This site is my attempt to provide you with the same tools, so you can overcome the hardships in your life and become an integrate and powerful human being.
